You can fully uninstall ICE if you so desire. You can Disable and Enable ICE with a single click as well. You can also update from now on, simply by clicking the "Update" button. You can transfer your base game save file and mods to ICE (mods may not all be compatible, the game will tell you of this when first booting up). You can first pick whichever version of ICE you prefer (the manager allows switching versions with one click). As well as transferring save files and mods on your first install.
